Our Traveling Books journey across the globe, touching the lives of our readers. Here are their stories...
I read the book in a cafe in Izmir and then gave it to a friend traveling to Ankara. She read it in Ankara and shared her photo. Being part of this project is a wonderful experience! It's delightful to connect with different people reading the same book.
Madonna in a Fur CoatI uploaded a photo taken while reading the book on the beach, and I was thrilled to see it on the map. Later, I gave it to a friend going to Istanbul. Tracking the book's journey via QR code is so much fun! The book is currently in Edirne and will soon cross into Bulgaria.
Memed, My HawkThanks to this project, I met people reading the same book and formed wonderful friendships. I shared a photo taken while reading at Darıca coast. The book is now in Bursa and will soon move to Istanbul. Being part of this journey makes me very happy!
The DisconnectedI shared a photo taken while reading my book across from the Statue of Liberty in New York. It was an incredible experience to be part of a book's journey from Turkey to the USA. Now, the book is heading to Canada. Tracking its journey on the map is very exciting!
Madonna in a Fur CoatReading the book in the plains of Adiyaman, amidst nature, was amazing. I uploaded my photo to the system, and it appeared on the map a few days later. I then gave the book to a friend going to Gaziantep. Now it's on its way to Mardin. I'm so happy to be part of this project!
Memed, My HawkI uploaded a photo taken while reading the book at the Kuşadası Library. Thanks to the QR code tracking system, I can see where the book has traveled. It's currently in Izmir and will soon move to Manisa. I am proud to be part of this project!
